|The self catering cottage for 4 people restored at the end of 2019 with access to the pool and Spa of the guest house is located within the typically Perigourdian farmhouse of the guesthouse. This holiday cottage is intended for guests who wish to enjoy a stay in complete autonomy. Our central position in Black Périgord and at the gates of Sarlat will allow you to visit the region at your own pace and stay in peace.
The cottage is made up of a main living room – kitchen of 22 sqm on the ground floor, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC on the half landing, and 2 bedrooms upstairs. The first bedroom of 12.5 sqm has a 160 * 200 bed, the second of 7.5 sqm has a 140 * 200 bed.
The fully equipped kitchen offers the possibility of tasting products from local markets and preparing your own meals.

General information about our cottage in Dordogne
|The property is not suitable for children under 10 and people with reduced mobility.
The entire property is non-smoking. However, you will find some ashtrays away from the buildings.
We love animals but for the sake of cohabitation with our small dog, we cannot accommodate others.
Duration of stay :
- early September to late June: 4-night minimum stay
- July and August: weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday

Rates excluding promotions (tourist tax of 1,10€ per adult and per night in addition)
An electricity package of 20 kWh per day is included in the rental price. This is normally sufficient for normal use of heating, hot water, cooking, lighting, …). Any excess kWh will be billed extra.
The balance of the stay and a deposit of 200 € will be due on arrival.
If the cleaning is not done during the inventory of fixtures, a fixed price of 50 € will be retained on the deposit.
The term “cleaning” corresponds to: clean kitchen, clean and tidy dishes, fridge and clean ovens, bathroom and toilet cleaned, beds unmade, bins cleaned and emptied.
Booking :
- Reservations can be made via the booking engine on the website, by e-mail or by telephone.
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay. Payment can be made by bank transfer, ANCV connect cheques or by credit card (Mastercard, Visa) valid on the date of the end of the stay.
- The balance must be paid no later than 20 days before arrival.
- In the event of late booking (i.e. less than 20 days before the start of the stay), the total amount of the stay must be paid by credit card or ANCV connect vacation vouchers. The full rental amount must be received by us before the start of the holiday, failing which the booking will be cancelled.
- In case of exceeding the number of people indicated during the reservation (including baby) and / or failure to respect the minimum age, we reserve the right to refuse access to our guest house and apply our general conditions of sale.

Cancellation :
- You will find details of cancellation fees on our booking engine.
- Any stay started is due in its entirety.
- Any cancellation must be communicated by e-mail.
- Arrivals are scheduled between 5:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. We must be notified of any arrivals beyond this time slot. If the customer does not show up before 8 p.m. on the scheduled day of the start of the stay, the reservation becomes void and the service provider can use their guest rooms. The deposit remains with the service provider who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of accommodation. In order to respect the tranquility of the place, arrivals cannot be made after 9:30 p.m.
- You can take out cancellation insurance yourself with many companies that offer it if you want to insure potential losses.
